Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds asparagus
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbs Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Maple Mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and season lightly with salt. Bake 10 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine remaining tablespoon oil, Vinegar, Mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Drizzle sauce onto asparagus. Serve when hot!
