  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and season lightly with salt. Bake 10 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Combine remaining tablespoon oil, Vinegar, Mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • Drizzle sauce onto asparagus. Serve when hot!
