  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Line a 9 x 13 casserole dish with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, orange juice, maple mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Reserve ¼ cup mixture; set aside.
  5. Place ham cut side down in baking dish.
  6. Brush with ¼ cup mixture.
  7. Bake in oven, uncovered for 2½ hours or until internal temperature of ham reaches 140°F.
  8. Baste and brush remaining mixture over the top every 30 minutes.
  9. Bring remaining ¼ cup mixture to a boil on the stovetop in a small saucepan.
  10. Brush syrup mixture over the top.
  11. Serve immediately.
  12. Store leftover for 5-6 days in an airtight container.
