• 6 Eggs
  • 1 tbs Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs Maple Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish (optional)


  1. Boil the eggs in a pot until hardened and let cool completely.
  2. After removing the shells, cut the hard-boiled eggs in half to remove the egg yolks.
  3. Mix the egg yolks, maple mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mix into each half of the egg and garnish with paprika.
