Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pure NY maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 2 Tablespoon Maple Cinnamon Sugar
Directions:
- Mix together in a bowl the oil, Pure Maple Syrup, sugar, and egg.
- In a second bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and the allspice.
- Combine the two bowls into one.
- Beat well with a mixer.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
- Roll balls in Maple Cinnamon Sugar.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. (they will be light in color and look under done.) Do not over bake.
Makes about 30 cookies
