  1. Mix together in a bowl the oil, Pure Maple Syrup, sugar, and egg.
  2. In a second bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and the allspice.
  3. Combine the two bowls into one.
  4. Beat well with a mixer.
  5. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
  6. Roll balls in Maple Cinnamon Sugar.
  7. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. (they will be light in color and look under done.) Do not over bake.
