• 12 Round slices of a baguette
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Goat cheese
  • Maple Granulated Sugar
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Maple Cayenne Walnuts (optional)
  • Arugula leaves
  • Maple Syrup (optional topping)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F, and grill round slices of a baguette for 15 minutes.
  2. Baste crostini with 2 tbs of olive oil, and rub with a garlic clove.
  3. Spread each crostini with fresh goat cheese, sprinkle with maple sugar, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with optional walnuts, maple syrup, and arugula leaves.
